2016年3月13日下午，在酒店高管號(hào)召及各部門(mén)組織下，張家界國(guó)際大酒店全體員工齊聚酒店二樓國(guó)際會(huì)議中心，召開(kāi)2015年度總結(jié)表彰暨2016年度工作動(dòng)員大會(huì)。大會(huì)主要為表彰先進(jìn)，樹(shù)立典型，提高員工工作積極性，增強(qiáng)酒店團(tuán)隊(duì)凝聚力。本著民主、集中的原則，酒店評(píng)選除了先進(jìn)部門(mén)2個(gè)、先進(jìn)班組3個(gè)、先進(jìn)個(gè)人18名、總經(jīng)理特別獎(jiǎng)20名。
